With the increasing ubiquity of digital photography, passionate and vocational photographers are gradually returning to more artisanal analogue-based photographic processes. Mark Sink’s fine art photography is a perfect example of this trend. Using a wet plate process developed in the 1850s, sometimes referred to as the collodian process, his work is both contemporary and antiquated in equal measure. This combination creates a timelessness to his work that is very compelling and hauntingly beautiful. Please click on the links below to discover more of Mark’s amazing work.
